Documentary:
Decades ago, a Charismatic religious scholar made an indelible footprint in and around northern Indiana and eventually—well beyond.
For many congregant families the embracing of his doctrine would elevate their faith to electrifying new heights, and for others it would set forth immeasurable consequences.
Most of their stories have been long forgotten. Some have gone untold.
Naked Truth Film's documentary debut will chronicle the history of Faith Assembly—sometimes remembered as the Glory Barn—a faith community founded and originally led by religious scholar Dr. Hobart E. Freeman beginning in northern Indiana in the mid 1960s.
The film will chronicle the stories and memories of former and current members, community members, families and public officials—revisiting the era through its many divergent lenses.
